Closing on Your New Skyblue Home
We want to make sure this is a very special day for you. Closing day is the day we will finalize all the paperwork and give you the keys to your new home. Though this may be a first closing for you, you can be assured our SkyBlue team has been at the closing table countless times and will gladly and easily guide you through the process.
Builders Warranty
Our commitment goes far beyond the settlement. At settlement, we’ll provide you with a warranty request form to ensure that any future warranty work is noted and corrected.
