Our Buying Process is Easy
Just give us a call and tell us about your property, it’s confidential. We will review your information to determine if the property is something we are interested in purchasing. The more information you are able to provide, the easier it will be to determine how much we can offer. If we are interested, we will make you an offer. If you choose to accept our offer, we will handle all of the paperwork, title, and settlement. We will begin verifying title and ownership and we will start the Feasibility Study period. Once the Feasibility Studies are completed, we will close and you will receive payment.
