This beautiful Classic Traditional Brick home was built specifically for the owner to fit their lot. Collaborating with the owner, we designed the open floor plan with their desired features and finishes, which included casement windows with transoms to capture incredible river views and bring in natural sunlight. The custom decorative trim and moldings are a blend of colonial with traditional flare throughout the home. And the kitchen and bath cabinetry are nothing short of exquisite. Additional details of note include a large island bar for entertaining and a stone fireplace, which complements the owner’s timeless interior colors, elegant furnishings, and coastal lifestyle.

The exterior features a large front porch with a classic stained front door. A covered back porch with a paver patio is adds the perfect finishing touch, ideal for relaxing with friends and watching sunsets.
